We are moving house so Neros time has come to an end. He will miss going to Capital and we will miss their amazing service. He is always happy to go in the mornings and comes home exhausted in the afternoon. They have helped us out of a jam on a number of occasions last minute. Most importantly, when we thought he had unusual bruising and raised our concerns it had happened there, they sent a fantastic email response, followed up further the next day with their concerns about how why this may be. On getting him checked at the vet it turned out to be a symptom of lungworm. We can’t thank them enough for looking into this and raising their concerns. If the service became available where we’re moving, we wouldn’t hesitate to send Nero back. Thanks again.

Our 4 month old puppy absolutely loves going to day care with the Capital team, he literally jumps out my arms when he sees Kayleigh in the mornings. All the staff are absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating and they send us regular updates and photos throughout the day which always makes my day. I would highly recommend.

Capital Dog Care is absolutely fantastic; from the simple booking system and morning pick up (where Biscuit runs like a greyhound to Jake with his tail wagging enthusiastically), to the mid-day photos of him and his new friends, and the super easy drop off. All of the team of incredibly friendly and their communication is, by far, the best of any business that I've worked with. We are thrilled that we can send Biscuit to them multiple times a week and know that he is having fun and getting top notch care by people that we trust. I cannot recommend Capital enough if you are looking for professional daycare for your dog!

Was initially a little nervous about sending my young toy poodle pup with separation anxiety away for a whole day but these guys are great for both pup and me. They sent lots of pics of Leo having a ball in the first day and continue to do so. He goes every Tuesday now and always greats them happily when they come to pick him up and comes back also tail wagging, happy and exhausted. Feel good about sending him there - he lives his best pup life at Capital!

The best doggy day care out there!! Our dog Maple has the best time at Capital Dog Care, her tail starts wagging with excitement when she recognises the pick up van. We know she’s very happy and very looked after with them. Capital have a super flexible and easy to use booking system. Communication is always great! We’re so happy we found the perfect place for Maple to play with her buddies when we can’t give her the exercise she needs. And the photos they send throughout the day are the cutest!

Harvey has been having his days out with Capital Dog Care since he was 5 months old in 2012! He is always well looked after, and always happy and knackered when he comes home! They visited before taking Harvey on to make sure he’d fit in and this care is evident when I see the photos of Harvey and his pals having fun in the meadow. I’d recommend Capital Dog Care unreservedly and Harvey would definitely say the same (if he could talk…).

Safety was of paramount importance to me when I was looking for dog day care for my 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Ollie and Lulu are not exactly high-energy dogs to say the least, but it is not out of the question for them to wander off should they be given the opportunity. What I like most about Capital Dog Care is both the close supervision they are given and also the security that their protected meadow provides. I have used Capital Dog Care for 4 years now and I have absolutely no qualms about continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.
