Booking your days
Regular when useful. Flexible when needed.
You are welcome to book as many or as few days as you need, providing we have availability. Regular days are recommended because popular routes and days can fill up.
Once your dog has joined the pack, our booking app lets you request days, rearrange visits, add special instructions and see your booking history.
Cancellations
We require two full days’ notice to cancel or rearrange a booked day without charge. This helps us plan routes and offer available places fairly to other clients.
Holidays and closures
You are not charged when Capital Dog Care is closed, including Bank Holidays and our Christmas closure. If your dog has regular days, occasional holidays can be removed with the required notice.
How to pay
We invoice monthly for the days your dog attended. Payment is by bank transfer.
