A company is only as good as the people that work for it, and we like to think our team is the best in the business, combining a genuine love for all things canine plus an ability to handle a lively pack in the best possible manner.

I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes for around 6 years now and I absolutely love working in day cares. This is where dogs have the most fun and we are lucky to get to witness it.
My best moment at Capital so far is an ongoing thing really; I love how many dogs’ lives we are a part of. I look after these little fur babies like they are my own and they play such a huge part in my life.
Husky. Silly, bouncy, noisy, big cuddles, super energetic. Plus, I own one!
Golden Retriever. Outgoing, trustworthy and with a happy approach to life!
I spend a lot of time with my Husky, Ghost, as he makes me so happy, but when I’m not out and about with him, I’m either at the gym or seeing friends.
I owned a Westie called Bonnie when I was growing up, who I love and miss dearly to this day. Before working at Capital, I was a dog walker.
Dressing up as the Easter bunny for our Easter party and cuddling all the dogs!
Cavapoo. They have such funny personalities and are so playful and affectionate. What’s not to love?
Springer Spaniel. I’m always on the go and I love an adventure.
Justin Bieber. Nothing else matters. Apart from Arsenal, obviously.
I grew up with a lovable Labrador named Max, who was my best friend for many years. Before joining Capital, I volunteered at a local animal shelter, helping to care for and rehome dogs.
Organizing our Halloween party and seeing all the dogs dressed up in their adorable costumes was such a joy!
Golden Retriever. They are incredibly loyal, friendly, and always ready to play. Their affectionate nature makes them impossible not to love.
Border Collie. I’m energetic, love to stay active, and enjoy taking on new challenges.
Traveling and exploring new cultures. I also love cooking new recipes and spending time with my family and friends.
My family have always had dogs; I grew up with a rescue Lurcher who I was glued to throughout my childhood. I would love another but – until then – that gap is filled seeing all the dogs every day!
Snow day, seeing the dogs go crazy rolling around in the snow was amazing, especially the puppies that hadn’t experienced it before.
Viszla: Super smart, hilarious characters and absolutely crazy!
Dachshund: Small, noisy, energetic and love nothing more than wrapping in a warm blanket.
I love to go on long hikes and travelling. I’m also a big gamer.
I have worked with dogs or around 5 years. But my passion started through my family, who are avid agility fans, rescue volunteers, and partake in dog shows.
In the summer when the big pool is out, helping all the dogs splash around
Retrievers, Salukis, Sausages, Brussel Griffons – you name it !
A Doberman- big and scary on the outside but a big old softie.
I am a keen runner and figure skater! You’ll probably catch me in Finsbury Park doing the park run.
My family have always been dog people, owning several rescue dogs throughout my life and having a general love for the outdoors. Currently, we have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a French Bulldog.
The best moment I’ve had at Capital so far must be our Halloween photo shoot. Taking pictures of the dogs in the hilarious outfits that their owners sent them in with was amazing! A personal favourite was our beloved Mabel dressed as Chucky (spooky stuff).
French Bulldog. Sometimes I wonder if they are dogs at all; they make funny noises unlike any other breed and have a crazy sense of humour which I never get bored of.
I think I’m most like a Lagotto Romagnolo as they have wooly curls and are affectionate with family. Despite their teddy bear looks they are rugged workers of true strength and endurance.
Eating out, cooking food, music production, charity shopping and seeing friends and family.
Before I joined Capital, I was a dog groomer. I’ve always loved working with animals, making them look adorable and seeing the smiles on their owners faces after a big transformation haircut was a bonus!
Arriving at the fields every morning and being greeted by all the excitable dogs who are so happy to see me and can’t wait to run around with their friends all day!
I think it would have to be Cavapoo! They’re affectionate, always want cuddles and are as cute as a button!
Corgis. I’m not the most athletic in the bunch but I’m outgoing, full of character and love being friends with everyone! Not to mention, just like Corgi’s, I’m always hungry!
If I’m not gaming or reading a book, I love relaxing with my feet up on the sofa with a good film and takeaway.
I grew up with four Boxers (not at the same time; that’d send anyone insane) and my mother worked with dogs. So I had a childhood surrounded by them.
The best moment is continuous. I get to spend my days with dogs, how can any single day be beaten?!
Definitely Boxers. They’re just absolute clowns and the perfect family dog. Picture a whirlwind of wiggles and slobbery kisses, wrapped up in a package of pure goofiness.
I’d have to say an Afghan Hound… purely due to my long luscious locks.
I’m a big music fan, and musician. I’m also a big Manchester United fan much to my own detriment.
I grew up with a lovable Labrador named Max, who was my best friend for many years. Before joining Capital, I volunteered at a local animal shelter, helping to care for and rehome dogs.

I grew up with family dogs and then volunteered in a dog sanctuary which led to me – inevitably! – adopting 2 unwanted pooches. I stepped out of the corporate world to start Capital way back in 2009; a way of combining a job with a real passion. The novelty has never worn off.
Undoubtedly founding the company. Doing so has enabled me to care for fantastic dogs of all shapes and size, and to work with some great people.
Working Labradors. Granted, I’m honour bound to say this as I have one. Peekay is genuinely the world’s worst retriever, but he is a lovable beast, and he never fails to make me laugh.
Beagle. Friendly, outgoing, wilful & occasionally noisy!
